Kansas State law requires:
All contributions over $10 must have the name and address of the contributor. The occupation of the contributor also must be included if contribution over $150 $1,000 maximum per contributor per election cycle per person or business. Individuals may give at anytime. Lobbyists, corporations, and PACs may not give during the Legislative Session. |
